Can I return my purchase?
We accept return requests if there is any damage or error from our part within 14 business days of your received item provided that the item is unworn, in its original condition and all tags are attached. Your return will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item and we will issue you a merchandise credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and we give no refunds.
Can I get a exchange?
We do not accept exchanges after 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Please deposit $7.00 for the first item to exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org via Paypal to cover shipping and handling cost. For second, third, more items please deposit additional $3 for each.
What if a shipping company lost or damaged my order?
If the order is lost or damaged by UPS or USPS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS LOSS OR DAMAGE and no refunds will be granted.
We do not cover shipping costs on returns or exchanges.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO:
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-15 business days of being received.
Once the order is received, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed.

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your goods within the U.S. from the time the order was processed not placed.
International delivery times vary.
We offer free domestic shipping, with the exception of Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii, via UPS and USPS. Please note that detailed tracking information is not available with USPS, only pickup and delivery confirmation.
We will notify you if an item is out of stock or of any unusual circumstances that may delay delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation at the time your purchase leaves the warehouse along with tracking information where applicable. If for some reason you want to cancel your order before is delivered, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
While the Funky Yoga Store makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, you must contact us immediately. Once your items leave the warehouse, address changes cannot be accommodated. Please note that Funky Yoga is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. If you are unable to receive your package, you may contact the carrier you selected during checkout to make alternate arrangements. We are unable to make alternate arrangements on your behalf. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
